How can I make an order?

You can make an online order on sophygems.com via one of the payment options or you can contact us via FB messenger in the site

How can I pay?

We provides 4 different payment options:

- Credit/Debit Card (Secure Payment System):

We work with Stripe which guarantees your safety and security. All site communication and data transfer are secured and encrypted 

- Paypal

- Apple pay

- Bank's links for Estonian via Maksekeskus

How will I receive my products?

Your products are delivered via Post shipping and you are provided a tracking code once the order is shipped for international shipment

We are a European company and the shipping will be directly from our office in Estonia

7-10 business days in Europe, 12-15 business days outside of Europe

How will I receive my products safely?

Your products are shipped in a special jewelry box and in an additional protective pack to make sure they are delivered unharmed

Do the prices include taxes?

Yes, prices include all taxes for European Union. For most countries, our customers do not experience custom duties or any other custom problems

Who pays the return shipping cost ?

If you returning an item because it doesn't match the listing description, or arrives damaged or faulty, then Sophygems is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you changed your mind, you'll be responsible for return shipping

Are you a dropshipping company ?

No, we are a family-owned jewelry company and we sell our registered brand products
