Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging, certificates, documentation and accessories.
Custom-made or engraved products cannot be returned. Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
